Frontech Pro ("Frontech," "we," "us," or "our") collects information to provide and improve the template gallery platform at frontech-dash.pages.dev. We collect the following categories of information:
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect information through our authentication provider, Clerk, including:
- Name and email address
- Authentication credentials (managed entirely by Clerk)
- Profile information you choose to provide
- User ID used to associate your purchases and downloads
1.2 Payment Information
When you purchase templates or upgrade to Frontech Pro, payment is processed through Gumroad. We receive:
- Transaction confirmation and order details
- Purchase history and license keys
- Email address associated with the Gumroad purchase
We do not directly collect or store credit card numbers, banking details, or full payment credentials. Gumroad handles all payment card data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
1.3 Usage and Analytics Data
We collect anonymized usage data to understand how visitors interact with the platform:
- Pages visited, templates viewed, and download actions
- Device type, browser, operating system, and screen resolution
- Referring URLs and general geographic region (country/city level)
- Session duration and navigation patterns

- Gumroad — Payment processing and license delivery. Gumroad's Privacy Policy governs transaction data.
- Cloudflare — Hosting, CDN, and security services. Cloudflare's Privacy Policy governs data processed at the infrastructure level.
3.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Frontech, our users, or the public.
3.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred. You will be notified of any such change and any choices regarding your data.
4. Data Retention

- Encryption at rest — Sensitive data stored in Cloudflare D1 databases is encrypted at rest.
- JWT authentication — Session tokens are issued as signed JSON Web Tokens, validated server-side, and expire after a short period.
- Access controls — Internal access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
- Infrastructure security — Cloudflare provides DDoS protection, WAF rules, and managed TLS certificates.
While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Template Use Disclaimer
Important Notice Frontech provides HTML, CSS, and React templates for legitimate web development, learning, prototyping, and commercial projects. Users are solely responsible for how they use the templates and content obtained from this platform.
Frontech does not endorse, encourage, or assume responsibility for any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise unlawful use of templates or derivatives thereof. By using our services, you agree that you will use all templates and materials in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Frontech shall not be held liable for any damages, legal consequences, or losses arising from the misuse of templates by users or third parties. If you become aware of templates being used for illegal purposes, please report this to nairobitrek@gmail.com.
10. Changes to This Policy
