Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Frontech ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Frontech.

Your continued use of the Platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to Frontech, accessible at frontech-dash.pages.dev, including all subdomains, services, and features.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Templates" refers to all digital design templates, components, layouts, and assets made available through the Platform, including Free Templates and Pro Templates.
• "Super Templates" refers to premium, advanced templates available exclusively to Pro Plan subscribers.
• "Pro Plan" refers to the paid subscription tier that grants access to premium templates and features.
• "Content" refers to all text, images, graphics, code, designs, and other materials available on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

Access to certain features of the Platform requires account registration. By creating an account, you agree to the following:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify Frontech immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be terminated without notice.
• Authentication is managed through Clerk. Your use of Clerk is subject to Clerk's own terms of service and privacy policy.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

4. License Grant

4.1 Free Templates

Frontech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use free templates for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions outlined in Section 5.

4.2 Pro Templates

Upon activating a valid Pro Plan license key, Frontech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use all Pro Templates, including Super Templates, for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions outlined in Section 5.

4.3 Scope

The license granted under this section allows you to use templates as part of your own projects, websites, and applications. It does not grant you the right to redistribute, resell, or sublicense the templates as standalone products.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to, and shall not permit others to:

• Redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, or offer the templates as standalone products or services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform or its templates.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any attribution, watermark, copyright notice, or branding embedded in downloaded templates.
• Use the templates for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical purpose.
• Use the templates to create content that promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or illegal activities.
• Use the templates to impersonate any person or entity, or to misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any license verification, access control, or security measures on the Platform.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access or download templates from the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Frontech Property

All templates, designs, code, graphics, and other materials provided through the Platform are the exclusive property of Frontech and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The license granted in Section 4 does not transfer ownership of any templates to you.

7.2 User Customization

Any customizations, modifications, or derivative works you create using the templates as a starting point are your intellectual property, provided that such modifications do not incorporate protected Frontech assets in a manner that violates these Terms.

7.3 Feedback

Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas you provide to Frontech regarding the Platform may be used by Frontech without restriction or compensation to you.

8. Payment Terms

8.1 Payment Processing

All payments for Pro Plan subscriptions and license keys are processed through Gumroad. By making a purchase, you agree to Gumroad's terms of service and privacy policy.

8.2 License Keys

Each license key is single-use and tied to a specific purchase. License keys may only be activated on the number of devices or accounts specified at the time of purchase. Unauthorized distribution or sharing of license keys is prohibited.

8.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds will be issued once a license key has been activated. Refund requests for unactivated license keys are handled in accordance with Gumroad's refund policy. Please review the Gumroad Refund Policy before making a purchase.

8.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction in connection with your purchase.

9. Pro Plan

The Pro Plan provides the following benefits:

• Full access to all Pro Templates and Super Templates.
• Priority access to new template releases.
• Extended commercial use rights across all templates.
• License key activation as specified at the time of purchase.

9.1 Activation Limits

Your Pro Plan license key may be activated on a limited number of devices or accounts, as specified during purchase. Exceeding the activation limit may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

9.2 Subscription Management

Pro Plan subscriptions and license key renewals are managed through Gumroad. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and ensure timely payment to maintain access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform and all templates are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
• Frontech makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of the Platform or any templates.
• Under no circumstances shall Frontech, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Frontech's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Frontech in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Frontech and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Platform or any templates.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Any content or materials you create using templates from the Platform.

12. Termination

Frontech reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for any conduct that Frontech, in its sole discretion, believes violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.

Immediate termination will occur if:

• You initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or refund request for an activated license key.
• You are found to be redistributing, reselling, or sharing templates in violation of Section 5.
• You use templates for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• You create duplicate accounts after previous termination.

Upon termination, your license to use all templates is immediately revoked. You must cease all use of templates and destroy any copies in your possession.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body.

14. Changes to Terms

Frontech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on the Platform, including a banner announcement and an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
